About Me
I support women who are ready to dig deep, question their assumptions, gain clarity, and get brave.
I stand for women finally embracing who they are without apology and having financial success while owning their inner power.
Yet so many of us haven't found our way there yet. Not because the purpose isn't real, but because life got in the way.
Those of us in our 40s, 50s, and 60s have spent our whole adult lives raising families, running households, and building careers—often simultaneously. And the career we "chose"? Many of us followed the path others wanted for us or simply took the one that was in front of us. We were making enormous decisions in our 20s, doing the very best we could.
And now, at midlife, with our kids more independent and our finances more stabilized, something is stirring. An awakening that has perhaps been sitting just beneath the surface for years, quietly waiting for a moment of space to make itself known.
For some of us, that awakening sounds like… “I am deeply unhappy in my career and I need something new.”
For others it sounds quieter. More like… “I love what I do, but somewhere along the way I lost myself in it. I want to feel like me again.”
Both are real. Both matter. And both are exactly why I do this work.
I truly believe that each person has a purpose for which they are destined.
There are so many thoughts and feelings when you think about this…
You may feel the clock ticking as you look at your remaining career years. You may tell yourself you can white-knuckle it until retirement. You may feel scared to step fully into who you are in your current role—to own your strengths, your voice, your values—or to consider something entirely new, thinking "who do I think I am to want more at this stage?"
And underneath all of it… a sense that you have drifted from yourself. That the woman who shows up at work each day is capable and respected… but she isn't quite you. Not the fullest version of you, anyway.
I was this woman too.
I know the exhaustion of doing it all for everyone else while losing a little piece of yourself each day. It happens so gradually you almost don't notice. Until one day you look in the mirror and ask yourself, “Where did the original me go?” I genuinely miss her.
I had built a successful career. I had done everything right. And yet I had never been truly aligned with my own purpose, my own values, my own most authentic self.
It was time for me to finally be me.
That realization, after years of showing up for everyone else, was the most liberating moment of my life. And it is available to you too.
Are you feeling the same way?
If so, I want you to know what it would mean to me to partner with you on this journey. To help you reconnect with your most authentic self. To rediscover your unique strengths, rewrite the inner story that's been holding you back, and take brave, bold steps toward the career that is most fully and completely yours—whether that means transforming where you are, or discovering something entirely new.
It IS possible. I know because I lived it.
It took me years to gain clarity on my own natural gifts, and even longer to find the confidence to act on them. When I finally did, I felt something I hadn't felt in decades… I felt like myself. Fully, unapologetically myself.
That is what I want for every midlife woman I work with.
So if you wonder whether I truly understand what you're carrying, I do. This was a risk for me too. I invested time and money in myself, for myself. And I've finally come home to me.
It feels like everything.
Now let's help you find your way home too.

My Coaching Style
Authentic
When we are not aligned with our authentic self, it is unsettling to our bodies causing strain to both our mental and physical health. I commit to being authentic in my program and our time together for the benefit of you and me.
Encouraging
I believe in the power of purpose and want you to find yours. In order to achieve this, it is important that a coach sees the best in you, even when you may not. I promise to see and promote your best self so you are encouraged to take brave steps towards your BEST career.
Transformative
My 6 month program has been designed for sustainable transformations. No 6 week or self-paced courses with temporary solutions here! We are looking for transformations that not only impact your career but your life! Can you envision this for yourself?
Science-Backed
My strategies are research-based and designed with your MIND at the root. As humans, we CAN have control over our thoughts. Our thoughts have power over our future and the choices we make so it is essential they’re central to our work together.
Intuitive
I believe in the power of the moment and will always BE in that moment WITH you. Rather than following a cookie-cutter coaching script, I will support you “where you are at” in those moments, leaning into my intuition to ensure powerful coaching sessions together.
What Makes my Coaching Different?
Many career coaches focus on resume building, interviewing skills, Linked In profile optimization exclusively. While these are important as well, they do not get to the root of who you are nor do they build the confidence you need to take the brave steps forward in your career.
Why is this important? In order to feel confident in your career, you need to know and embrace your strengths, your values and your passions in life. Additionally, those nagging self-limiting beliefs will very likely try to get in your way. My program has built in all the methodologies and coaching strategies to make sure this doesn’t happen!
And last but not least . . . I am entirely focused on Midlife women! We are an amazing generation of women with unique needs and circumstances. I get YOU because I AM You. Let’s do this together!
Each woman will have their own journey in working with me . . .
Some choose to leave their current career and start over in a new career
Some will leave and start a new business
Some want to stay with their organization but will change their position
Some stay in their position but step into who they really are in that position without apology because the worst thing we can do to ourselves and others is to be someone we are not
