Weekly 1:1 Coaching
Personalized support throughout our 6 months together to get you on the path of career clarity and confidence. This will be your time!
Mindset Coaching
Many of us have limiting beliefs that keep us from following our dreams. Within this program, you will complete Career Mindset Assessment which is a game-changer! I will provide an intensive debrief and continue to leverage this as a key part of our coaching sessions. Mindset is KEY, ladies!
Strengths Assessment
We all have unique gifts to leverage in our careers. We will spend time completing the CliftonStrengths© Assessment to hone in on YOUR strengths to help guide you throughout the program.
Group Coaching
(optional)
Sometimes it’s just better with others! I have purposely built monthly group coaching into this program so you can walk side-by-side with other women in your shoes. Not only will you find comradery, I’ll be providing a personal growth interactive lesson each month.
Values Assessment
You will complete an in-depth Values Assessment (Adaptation from The Clarity Method © Tim Brownson) so you know where to draw a line in the sand with your best career.
